Winning centre of the month is a fantastic achievement by Shirley, Research Nurse who has worked tremendously hard to win this award from 160 sites involved across the UK and Eire. A great result for NHS Grampian.
Shirley comments:
“Thank you so much for selecting Aberdeen as the BADBIR site of the month, to have been recognised for the dedication and hard work that’s gone in to getting the BADBIR database up to date is overwhelming. I took over the BADBIR site back in August 2022, at the time there was a lot of outstanding data to be collected for the 157 participants that we have in Aberdeen. It has been enjoyable updating the Register and seeing the database go from a variety of colours to its current state of green and up to date and I hope for it to continue in the future.
